The hotel’s location at One Borneo is quite strategic for shopping and exploring the area, with plenty of food courts around. Initially, I faced some challenges with the room, which was small and not up to standard, but the staff quickly switched me to a much better room that was more comfortable. However, the dining options were limited, lacking variety, which was a letdown considering the overall experience.

The hotel is in a convenient location, just a short drive from the town center and close to Universiti Malaysia Sabah, which made it perfect for our needs.
